I have been a mentor coach specializing in self-esteem and self-confidence since 2009. I am convinced that most problems stem from the poor, or at least ambivalent, relationship we have with ourselves, as well as from the limitations we place on our inner freedom. If we want a real change in our lives, it is worth starting by fixing our relationship with ourselves. My passion is understanding human nature, relationships, and power games. By finding connections and explanations that are not immediately apparent, we map them out so that you can free yourself from outdated beliefs and unnecessary blocks.
In our work, as in riddle magazines, we “connect the dots” in your life. By seeing yourself, your situation, your environment, and your opportunities in a different light—perhaps one that was previously unthinkable—solutions sometimes present themselves on a platter. All you have to do is reach out and take them.
A few years ago, I noticed that lifestyle habits, including nutrition, were becoming increasingly prevalent in conversations. This is not surprising, as a healthy lifestyle, whether physical, mental, or spiritual, is a measure of self-esteem, and vice versa. Lifestyle change has become an inevitble and unavoidable issue for more and more people. It is better to start before it is too late.
I have also completed a Wellbeing Mentor training course, which includes “longevity,” which is nothing more than extending the number of years lived in good health. We may not be able to influence your chronological age, but we can influence your biological age. I can successfully accompany you on the challenging journey of your lifestyle change. I believe in the power of awareness, inner motivation, and intention, and by focusing on these, we can achieve measurable results and a much greater self-confidence. I do not recommend dieting, although you will most likely lose weight by changing your lifestyle. But it is much more than that: you can become lighter and more resilient physically and mentally, improve your sleep quality, and help your immune system fight various challenges more effectively.
A world citizen with a global mindset, thanks to my life and professional experience, I can face anyone and any situation and achieve concrete, tangible results. Depending on the situation at hand, I can combine my strong background in mentor coaching and Human Resources.
I was born in Budapest and have lived in Vienna, Chicago, Geneva, and Paris. In Geneva, I built a successful HR and coaching company from scratch. After obtaining two internationally recognized coaching certificates (ICF – International Coach Federation and Eduqua-certified), I threw myself into this profession. I loved it from the very first moment. Developing a fantastic relationship with every new client is extremely rewarding. It is an amazing feeling to witness how they finally understand and reinterpret their situation, take control of their lives, and achieve results with surprising speed that they would not have dared to hope for a few weeks earlier.
I have several years and hundreds of hours of experience in life coaching, executive coaching, lifestyle coaching and mentor coaching, combined with a versatile international HR background, which I gained in Geneva (Switzerland) and Hungary. I had clients from five continents, of more than twenty nationalities, and with the most diverse social, cultural, professional, financial, and family background. They come to see me with an incredibly wide range of situations to resolve. Thanks to this experience, I am able to help you handle almost any situation, even if it might seem hopeless at first glance.
